SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS

What we used for Kiyana Fresh Face Tea Smoothie 

    • Tea:                  Kiyana Fresh Face tea! (about 1 cup brewed) 

    • Fruits/Frozen : Blueberries (about 1/3 cups total)

    • Protein enhancers : Oats(  about 1/2 cups total)

    • Sweeteners : Strawberry Yoghurt( about 2 table spoons) 

    • Vitamins ; Banana ( 1 whole medium banana) 

    • Ice (our fruits were frozen)

    • Blender ( Ninja) 

INSTRUCTION 

This recipe is a refreshing and nutritious way to start your day. Using Kiyana Fresh Face tea as a base, brew one cup and let it cool down. Then, add 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup of oats for protein, 2 tablespoons of strawberry yogurt for sweetness, and a banana for added vitamins. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender, using ice if necessary. This drink is not only delicious, but also provides a boost of energy and essential nutrients to fuel your day.
